Leadership is not only about speaking when things are good, but also standing with the community during difficult moments.

As the Office of the Deputy President, TTSA strongly condemns the recent cases of fire outbreaks reported in schools across Taita Taveta County. The safety, welfare, and voices of students must remain a priority.

We are calling upon the County Ministry of Education to organize an immediate stakeholders’ meeting to engage students, parents, teachers, leaders, and all relevant parties in finding lasting solutions for our schools and the current generation.

Together, through dialogue, mentorship, and understanding, we can build safer and better learning environments for all.
