In life, it's very okay to fail. Failure is part of the process, mostly when you are starting. You are not an angel.
The good thing is that it doesn't matter how old you are, you can always start over.
However, never allow yourself to fail out of self-damage, it's hard to recover from that. Self-inflicted damage mostly knowingly is like su***de. As you make decisions, always weigh in the consequences first, if they don't favor you, you know what to do.
You better fail when you have done your best, you will be more proud of yourself than when you fail and you truly know it's out of your ignorant actions.
However, if you find yourself in such a situation, forgive yourself, own up the mistakes and then start over. It's never late.
Be responsible for your life, you only have one.
