It's Customer Service Week, and there's no better way to celebrate than by listening to the people we serve.

When we asked parents whether they'd recommend Food4Education to another family, the answer was overwhelmingly yes. Our Net Promoter Score stands at 94. 🎉 For families, our programme is more than a daily meal. It's affordable, convenient and reliable, which means school lunch is one less thing to worry about.

Behind that score are the people who make it happen every day: our kitchen teams, school teams, customer service teams and everyone across F4E who keeps service at the heart of what we do.

Another year around the sun!

Giga Kitchen is marking 3 years, with an incredible 16 million meals served. Farasi Lane is celebrating 3 years and more than 2.7 million meals served, while Kakamega marks 2 years and an amazing 6.2 million+ meals served. And Gome is celebrating its first year, already reaching more than 2.7 million meals served.🥳

Behind every number is a whole lot of cooking, teamwork, early mornings, full plates and, most importantly, children getting the meals they need to learn and thrive. Here's to you all!🍾
