Choose obedience. Not miracles.
As someone who has been pulled out of addiction and rebuilt from the inside out, I’ll tell you the truth most people avoid:
There is almost nothing harder than asking God to fix consequences you chose.
Miracles are not meant to clean up patterns of disobedience.
They are for moments beyond your control — not decisions you saw coming, felt coming… and still walked into.
Before you act, pause and ask yourself:
“Will this choice cost me later?” Will I need to repent after?
“Does this feel even slightly like disobedience?”
If it does — it is.
And the cost is never small.
Some choices don’t just pass…
They follow you.
They sit in your life as burdens:
Addiction.
Lost years.
Broken trust.
Destroyed health.
Missed opportunities.
Unwanted pregnancies.
Broken families.
Insatiable lust.
Lost resources.
Strained or lost relationships.
Reduced capacity — mentally, spiritually, financially.
One decision can quietly rewrite your future.
So choose differently.
Guard what enters your life.
What you watch.
What you listen to.
What you entertain.
What you normalize.
Because everything you allow in… eventually shapes you.
Protect your sobriety.
Protect your clarity.
Protect your spirit.
Protect your ability to produce, to lead, to build.
Not everything needs prayer.
Some things need discipline.
Don’t disobey… then ask God to rescue you from it.
