We're making great progress with our aquaponics system at SeedPower—the only one of its kind in the region.

Bob is also building connections with government agricultural institutions such as Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute [KMFRI], creating new opportunities for learning, research, and community impact.

SeedPower is steadily growing into a hub for innovation, sustainable agriculture.

Something Amazing is happening at SeedPower!

Not only did our students learn artistic skills at the art camp, they also had the opportunity to touch and interact with a computer for the first time—most of them even got to use a mouse for the first time in their lives. Mom Laura did a great job—she held a short session with them every afternoon as they transitioned into the afternoon session."*

Day 6 at SeedPower Art Camp
Oyugis Campus is buzzing! 🎨🎶

Today our students got to welcome a special group of of friends and guests all the way from the USA. You could feel the excitement as introductions went around.

We kicked things off with our first morning devotion together, then the guitars came out and the whole campus was filled with singing.

After that, it was straight into the classrooms for the first artwork of the camp. Paint, color, and a lot of creativity everywhere you looked.

And because no SeedPower day is complete without it, we closed with singing games and dancing that had everyone laughing and moving together.

A successful Art Camp at SeedPower GF Campus, Nyakach! The smiles and artwork from our students say it all.

We thank everyone involved for pouring their hearts into helping students discover and express their creativity through art.

Now we move into another busy and exciting week as we continue working with students at our Oyugis campus.

Take a look at the tilapia 🐠 . They are thriving!

The SeedPower agriculture sustainability project includes the aquaponics system, a chicken project, raised-bed gardens, a fruit garden, and dairy cows.

We are delighted to have Bob as he continues supporting our agriculture projects.

His expertise and dedication are helping us complete the remaining work on our second greenhouse while also providing valuable guidance on the development of our fruit garden.

Beyond SeedPower, Bob is also generously sharing his knowledge and experience with other local farmers.
