Today with family and friends at Mama Lucy Funeral Home as we moved the body of the late Engineer Bethwel Kipkorir ahead of his final journey home to Nandi Hills for burial tomorrow.

Eng. Bethwel was a dedicated soul, a committed professional and a man whose future held so much promise. His passing is a great loss not only to his family, but to all of us who had the privilege of knowing him.

May God grant strength and comfort to the family and loved ones during this difficult time. We continue to stand with you in prayer and solidarity.

Rest in peace, Engineer Bethwel. Your legacy lives on.

This experience in my Homeland is more than just scenery, it’s life itself. The clean air that restores the mind, the green environment which supports biodiversity and the calmness nurtures mental wellness.

Today I exercised my democratic right at Mokong Polling Station as I cast my vote in the UDA grassroots elections where I am aspiring for the position of Youth Representative.
Youth leadership matters and our participation today shapes the future of our generation. Together, we rise and ensure the voice of the youth is heard and impact felt through action.

Revelation 21:4
"Naye atafuta kila chozi katika macho yao, wala mauti haitakuwapo tena; wala maombolezo, wala kilio, wala maumivu hayatakuwapo tena; kwa kuwa mambo ya kwanza yamekwisha kupita."

Today I joined mourners, and bereaved families at a prayer service held at AGC Karen, Nairobi, to honor and pray for the departed souls:
Hon. Johana Ng’eno, Colonel (Rtd) George Were, Robert Kipkoech Keter, Amos Kipng'etich Rotich, Nicholas Kosgei and Wycliffe Kiprotich Rono, who tragically lost their lives in the helicopter crash on 28th February in Chepkiyep, Nandi County.

Later, together with my fellow youth leaders from the Rift Valley, we visited the home of the late Hon.Johana Ngeno to stand in solidarity with the family and share in their grief.

Hon. Johana Ngeno was a devoted leader of no boundaries, a man of integrity and humility , who served his people with passion and unwavering commitment. His dedication to community development and his genuine care for the people will remain a lasting legacy in our region.

May their souls find rest.

After attending the 4th Global Tourism Resilience Day Conference and Expo today at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), I had the pleasure of meeting Grace Muroki , author of the book Liberation.

We shared powerful ideas on leadership, growth and transformation. One key takeaway stood out clearly that true change begins with yourself by setting your mindset right.
Before we transform sectors, communities, or nations, we must first transform how we think.

Great conversations, meaningful connections and a reminder that resilience is not only institutional , it is personal.

Today I joined NACADA during the National Substance Use Prevention Week Summit. A reminder that the battle for our young people and community is real, but so is our hope.

Our young people do not need condemnation; they need guidance, opportunity and a community that chooses prevention over silence. Families, leaders, schools and faith institutions must rise together because empowered communities create brighter futures.

Prevention over substance abuse is not a slogan , it is the shield that protects dreams, talents and destinies of all the people.

Let us act now, speak openly and stand together to safeguard this generation and generations to come.
