💔 Abuse is not always what we think it is.

Sometimes, it doesn’t leave bruises it leaves self-doubt.
It’s not just physical harm, but also the words, actions, and control that slowly break someone’s confidence and peace.

Abuse can be:
👉 Constant criticism
👉 Being humiliated or dismissed
👉 Having your boundaries disrespected
👉 Being blamed for things that aren’t your fault
👉 Or being made to feel like you’re the problem.

It’s painful because it often hides behind love, care, or protection.
You start questioning yourself instead of the behavior and that’s how emotional abuse traps you.

If you find yourself walking on eggshells around someone, constantly apologizing, or feeling smaller every day; pause and reflect. That’s not love. That’s control.
