The Egerton University Environmental Association participated in Phase 2 of the Baraget Reforestation exercise held on Friday in Kuresoi South. The event was organized by Youths for Green Action Kenya in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Students had the opportunity to interact with representatives from Germany Imaging Technologies, The Design Gallery, Victoria Furnitures Group, Kenya Forest Service, and the Kenya Meteorological Department.
The exercise allowed students to apply practical skills learned in class to environmental conservation while also engaging directly with the local community.
