- THE SESSIONS IN THE SYSTEM EXPIRE AFTER SOME TIME WHEN NOT IN USE AND THE USER MUST LOGIN AGAIN IN THE ORDER TO INTERACT WITH THE SYSTEM.
N/B-THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY GENERATES A ONE TIME PASSWORD THROUGH THE USERS MOBILE PHONE WITH A SHORT MESSAGE THAT EXPIRES UP-ON BEING USED.

WHY IS THE SYSTEM IMPORTANT FOR A SCHOOL.
1. Security—The login is done through SMS verification to identify the user so that the information is accessed by the right persons.
2. Easy to use—The stake holders [M.O.E, SCHOOL AUDIT, BOM, PA and PARENTS] are able to get information promptly as the principle is able to access all information at touch of a button.
3. Flexibility—The system can be accessed by all the staff from any location in Kenya. It does not require one to be in school in order to provide or extract information. The system comes with mobile apps in which the staff and parents can access their section of the system.
4. Reliability—The system information is stored in online servers which are never offline and the information can’t be destroyed when a computer is faulty.
5. The system is Integrated—Every department in the school is connected within the system i.e. Once a student is registered in the system the Principal, bursar and the teachers will be able to access the same information automatically from different end points.
6. Confidentiality— Some specific information about the school can will only be available to the responsible department. For example, only the principal and the bursar can access the financial information.
7. The software is integrated with a branded bulk SMS which is used in communicating with parents and staff through sms notification.
