Brandshine Consulting Limited is a consultancy firm specializing in strategic planning, research consultancy, marketing support, and monitoring & evaluation. We work with organizations across different sectors to collect and analyze data that we use to generate decision-ready insights for our several clients in Kenya and beyond.
To support upcoming research projects, we are adding experts to our database of qualified Research Assistants across all counties in Kenya.
The experts will be engaged in an upcoming data collection exercise and other future field data collection assignments.
We are looking for highly motivated field experts to join our team not only for the current project but also for other future projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct field data collection using questionnaires, mobile data collection tools, face-to-face interviews, focus group discussions, experiments, and observations.
• Administer surveys to respondents in assigned locations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
• Observe ethical research standards and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in project briefings and training sessions when required.
• Submit completed assignments within the specified timelines.
• Provide feedback on field experiences and any challenges encountered.
• Gather accurate and verifiable data based on real interactions with the target population.
• Attend trainings online or in-person.
Minimum Qualifications
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Certificate in any field from a recognized institution (Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply).
• Previous experience in data collection, field surveys, or research projects will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili, as well the local language in the location of operation.
• Must own or have access to a smartphone for mobile data collection.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
