The biggest investor is looking for:

-Wind (preferred, but will also other renewables); - Shovel ready (with planning); -Min total investment £100m; -Can be turn-key project, if owner wants to build-out themselves; -They will hold the Renewables Project thereafter and put an operator in place.

The other investors are looking for

-Biomass/Anaerobic Digesters project– circa £1-5m

-Wind/Solars projects – circa £20-30m, but can syndicate out for larger amounts i.e they can bring more to the table if need be through joining up with other investors.

And there are others who will consider various sizes/stages of projects and other renewables.
