It is frustrating to have a recurring subscription charge that you have no idea how to cancel, especially when you are not getting the help you need.

This was the case for a client who contacted Felix for help.

As a Customer Experience Consultant for a Bank, Felix understood the concern and helped the client navigate the cancellation process, even though the external subscription was beyond his role.

He guided the client through the steps, then followed up afterwards to make sure the subscription had been successfully cancelled.

The client expressed relief and gratitude as he avoided further unwanted charges and, perhaps most importantly, had peace of mind knowing the issue was fully resolved.

For Felix, going the extra mile is about taking ownership, creating clarity and ensuring the customer leaves with a solution they can trust.

For us, it looks like 3,200+ young people trained for careers in customer service.

It looks like 72% getting placed into jobs within 180 days.

And it looks like alumni going on to earn 2.72 ๐˜๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜€ more income than before they joined our Digital Customer Service program.

Beyond the numbers, is a pool of customer service professionals who once came into our program looking for industry skills to position them right for the workplace.

Today, many of them are putting those skills to work, helping businesses deliver better experiences.
