Dagoretti High School 2015 KCSE results where 232 candidates sat for the exams produced an average of 8.5. This was an improvement on the average of 2014 KCSE which was 8.1. The number of 2015 KCSE candidates that got a grade of C+ & above is 197 (85%) compared to 2014 which had 193 (78%).

The breakdown of the student grades for 2015 is as follows:

Ready Aiders was founded by students of Dagoretti High School in 2013 after realization that the number of fellow students that have faced unfortunate circumstances while at school increased and it does not allow them to have basic essentials for school "shopping". Ready Aiders raises money and donations in kind from students, parents and well-wishers at DHS and they distribute this among the less fortunate students. The group of founders finished high school in 2014 and are still involved in Ready Aiders at DHS and they plan to expand it to other schools in Nairobi and eventually the rest of Kenyan schools and society in general.

Press Statement Fire Incident Dagoretti High School 22nd July 2015

This was a fire that started when boys were in prep in the evening and it only affected one floor of the dorm that is Mara House. There is no strike at Dagoretti High School and those were rumours started by local radio stations that got news last night about the fire. The facts are indicated below:

The fire was reported to have started at around 8:45pm on the second floor of the dormitory when students were going on with their evening classes.

Governor Evans Kidero reviewing brochure of Ready Aiders at DHS.

INVITATION TO FUNDRAISING: ALUMNI

The Board of Management, Principal, P.T.A. and students of Dagoretti High School cordially invite ALUMNI to a fundraising event for the construction of the Perimeter Wall and School Library.
