Is Homeschooling Legal?

Homeschooling is totally legal! Many developed countries allow this as an alternative way of going to school. Some allow it as long as one meets certain standards. As for Kenya. There are no laws against homeschooling in Kenya. In the Constitution and Children’s Act of 2001, parents have the right to provide education for their child.
