Form Submission: Opportunities | Student Management Information System CIMMYT is  looking for someone with an MBA profile and/or with managerial accounting experience – perhaps someone who is currently working on such a degree and looking for an opportunity to get some real-world experience.

CIMMYT is looking for an intern with a background in administration and human resources. Interested candidates should send their CVs and cover letters to [email protected]
Duties include but are not limited to:
Administration:
1. Ensure quality standards of office maintenance and cleanliness
2. Assist with drafting letters for visa applications for staff to other countries worldwide
3. Timely filing of documents
4. Drafting routine correspondence and communication
5. Manage appointments and visitors
6. Process courier services and ensure circulation of mails to staff
7. Check office utility bills and ensure they are paid on time
8. Support the preparation of administrative reports.
9. Assist in booking meeting venues and other related logistics.
10. Assisting with other administrative duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Human Resource:
1. Participating in recruitment efforts
2. Assisting in interview process
3. Preparing new employee files
4. Assist HR Manager in onboarding and offboarding of CIMMYT staff

-Short term experience working with farmers
