“We are making Moringa Africa’s premier tech, data and AI skilling centre,” Nikki Germany
Opening the Moringa Partner Appreciation Event, Moringa School CEO Nikki Germany extended a warm welcome to those in attendance and especially the partners who have contributed to Moringa’s journey in different ways: from corporate training clients and mentors, to curriculum partners who co-create with Moringa, donors who provide scholarships, government representatives, the Board, and investors.
Each partnership is different. Together, they form an ecosystem that has helped Moringa grow and continue its mission to develop the tech talent the world needs.
Nikki also shared her own journey, from starting her career in HR to moving to Kenya 12 years ago and eventually joining an organisation whose core focus was developing talent, particularly in technology.
From four students in 2014 to 7,500 graduates in 2026, Moringa has evolved from launching careers in tech to serving working professionals, organisations, university students and high school students.
But the work does not end when a learner leaves the classroom.
Nikki highlighted Moringa’s focus on career and financial progression, with the Moringa Graduate Impact Study 2026 showing that 86.3% of alumni who secured an opportunity had done so within a year of graduating, while 800+ companies have hired Moringa talent.
As organisations prepare for the future of work, Moringa is listening to industry. Its Kenya Corporate Technology Capability Report 2026, based on 166 senior executives across eight sectors, found that 72% rate digital transformation as a top strategic priority.
These insights reinforce why Moringa’s focus is on skilling and not just training, but building the capabilities people and organisations need to navigate what comes next.
Nikki closed by reaffirming the ambition behind that work: Making Moringa Africa’s premier tech, data and AI skilling centre.
Our promise: Future-ready tech skilling.
