Today, as part of our Mental Health Awareness & Support for Women Project, we held an inspiring stress management training for young women in Ruiru in partnership with Global Peace Women International and Okoa Humanitarian CBO.

🌸 We shared our stories, held a dialogue on what is stress, its causes and how we can manage it. We also practiced calming techniques, and set empowering self-care commitments. The biggest takeaways? Stress is universal, self-care is essential, boundaries are powerful, and resilience grows with support.

💪💜 We reminded each other that we’re never alone in this journey. Here’s to building healthier, happier lives—one breath at a time! ✨
