Sure, you know north from south. But can you always tell which way is east and which one is west? 🤔
We’ve got mnemonic device(s) for that!
The four cardinal directions are North, South, East and West. In clockwise order, that's Never Eat Soggy Waffles.
Now if you fancy Never Eat Shredded Wheat or Never Eat Slimy Worms, we can't blame you.

7 Key Ingredients Of Effective Brain Training
Brain training requires:
1️⃣ As brain training builds our core skills, it can’t be taught in the classroom. It must be *practiced* the same way one would learn to play tennis, piano or a new language.
2️⃣ Brain training that gets the best results is done *one-on-one* with a personal trainer. Pairing up with an experienced trainer provides accountability, motivation, and ultimately—> life changing results.
3️⃣ Each session is intense & requires concentrated repetitions - thus increased mental stamina & strength.
4️⃣ In order to address weak cognitive skills, the training is specifically *targeted* to each client’s strengths & weaknesses.
5️⃣ The procedures follow a particular *sequence* - enabling consistency in building skill and measurable results along the way.
6️⃣ Brain training must be progressively *loaded*. Loading incorporates multitasking and is a fast-track way to take a new skill and make it automatic. (Riding a bike for instance is an automatic skill, you don’t need to re-learn every time you ride, its wired naturally once it’s practiced enough)

Yasss, Sir Isaac! Truer words were never spoken. 🙌
Okay, okay. That wasn't "the" point and we might have omitted a line there.
👉 Newton's first law of motion: A body at rest will stay at rest. A body in motion will stay in motion.
Our students embody the latter. They are "bodies in motion."
They got momentum at their backs, pushing them forward every brain training session. It's inspiring to see them make headway and set new records each day.
We could all take a page out of their books. If you’re ever in a rut, ask yourself this: Am I a body at rest or a body in motion? Carpe diem!
