An opportunity for teammates to come together, celebrate our Culture Heroes, strengthen our shared values, and invest in professional growth.

This session focused on two culture principles Joy of Learning and Solutions First. Through meaningful conversations, reflection, and learning experiences, teammates explored how we can continue fostering curiosity, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Our young innovators are pitching fully realized social enterprises to a panel of real world investors. They've faced the critique, iterated through the feedback, and solidified their seed funding asks.

Heritage Day at our Eldoret Girls campus was a beautiful celebration of culture, identity, and community.

Rooted in our Greater Together culture principle, the event brought together parents, guardians, teammates, and students in a colorful showcase of the diversity that makes our community stronger.
