PINEAPPLE FRITTERS.
ingredients
♡ 1 pineapple
♡ 300g self raising flour
♡ 4 tsp sugar
♡½ tsp blackpepper
♡ ½ tsp Cardamom
♡ 2 eggs
♡ 700 ml oil for deep frying
Method
》 Peel the pineapple
》Cut it into round shapes, sprinkle blackpepper (optional) and set aside
》Put self raising flour into a bowl
》Add the dry ingredients( sugar, cardamom, blackpepper) and stir.
》 Add vanilla essence, eggs and milk.
》 Whisk them up to form batter.
》 Heat the cooking oil in a skillet
》Dip the pineapples pieces one at a time into the batter till they are fully coated.
》Cook on both sides till golden brown.
》 Remove them from the heat and drain excess oil.
》Serve the juicy snack with your best accompaniment

》3 spoons strawberry Syrup
》250 Ml Pineapple juice
》100ml lemon cordial
》250 ml of Sprite Soda
》Ice cubes
Method
Put all in a blender.
Blend and serve
