Rossholme Education Centre in Kenya

It’s been a while since you heard from us and we have a big update…

With 425 children now at Rossholme, we’ve been offered the chance to buy the site of the school. The landlord is retiring so we we’re now trying to raise the funds to secure the future of Rossholme in the slum while we get the chance.

So please help us! We need to raise £25,000 to make our dream a reality and even the smallest contribution will make a difference.

An update from us…

As you might be aware, there’s a curfew happening in Kenya right now because of the Covid situation. Our students are currently on their long Easter break so no-one’s going into school but, knowing that some of our parents might be struggling to get hold of basic food supplies, we’ve been supporting them with a food voucher system.

We also thought we’d share a few snaps from before term ended. Here are some of our students in their new school uniforms and their football shirts, kindly donated by Leicester City Football Club. Thanks to Neil Hope from the RAF for getting them from the UK to Kenya!
