À travers l’Afrique, les mouvements féministes et de défense des droits des femmes font face à une menace organisée, financée et délibérée. Il ne s’agit pas simplement d’une réaction isolée, mais d’un effort coordonné et délibéré visant à réduire à néant des décennies de progrès en matière d’égalité des sexes et de résistance féministe africaine.
Cette réalité, les mouvements féministes la vivent chaque jour. Et malgré ce contexte hostile, ils refusent le silence. Ils s’organisent sous pression. Ils accompagnent les survivantes lorsque les institutions les abandonnent. Ils font preuve d’un courage remarquable, même dans les espaces les plus restreints.
Ils ne reculent pas. Ils résistent.
Aujourd’hui, l’African Women's Development Fundopment Fund (AWDF), Urgent Action Fund-Africa et le Fonds pour les Femmes Congolaises - FFC lancent la campagne : une réponse collective, audacieuse, face à la montée des mouvements anti‑droits sur le continent.
Nous soutenons des organisations féministes dans dix pays.
Nous investissons dans les leaders qui savent déjà ce dont leurs communautés ont besoin.
Et nous affirmons que financer le féminisme n’est pas un luxe : c’est ainsi que se construit le changement durable.
Les organisations féministes n’est pas une simple tendance. C’est ce qui permet aux communautés de tenir. Nous ne reculerons pas.
