Join Gateway International Group, LLC. Founder and Managing Director, Dr. Anthony Ogden in conversation with Miriam Feldblum, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the President's Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration.

As other countries are proactively and successfully implement policies to attract and retain the best and brightest students from around the world, in part to strengthen their pipeline to skilled labor, the U.S. has yet to frame a strategy for welcoming international students.

Is it time for the U.S. to consider expanding post-study work rights that allow international students to more easily stay and work in the U.S. after they graduate?

Are we ready to allow a person to enter the United States with “nonimmigrant intent” (“I intend to leave the United States when my visa term is up”) while also maintaining the possibility of staying (“While in the United States, I also want to try to qualify for a more permanent status”)?

All the modules are 100% ONLINE, accessible for 16 weeks (4 months), are asynchronous, and therefore self-paced.

This Pre-Masters in Law program is designed for graduates wanting to progress onto an LLM or other law-related Master’s degree in the UK. It is a full-time course taught over one academic year focusing on different aspects of the UK and international law including English legal system, contract law, law of tort, equity and trusts, and international law.
Entry Requirements
Students will normally have successfully completed a degree. Some diplomas at higher education level might also meet the entry requirements.
Students must have an English language level equivalent to 5.5 IELTS with minimum of 5.0 in reading and writing.
