Gift description: Overseas scholarship search assistance.
Requirements:
• Prospective recipient must be driven, ambitious and a real go-getter.
• Prospective recipient must come from a humble background.
• Prospective recipient must want to study and live abroad during the entire study period.
• Prospective recipient must possess either:
A high school diploma with a minimum grade of B and or a bachelor’s degree (First class honors or upper second class) and or a master’s degree (with an independent research plan for their PhD).
• Prospective recipient must be available to work for 2-4 hours a week (on week nights or weekends) for the next 3 months and therefore must have reliable internet access.
How to apply:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line, ‘Five gift recipients’, by the end of the business day, on July 15th 2016.
In the body of the email have the following details (short summaries please):
• Your name, school(s) attended, study program(s), graduation date of each school (past and anticipated) and grades obtained if applicable.
• Intended program of study
• Intended relocation destination (country)
As an attachment, have the following documents:
1. Essay of maximum 500 words (could be less), describing; why you want to study overseas, why you are choosing your intended program of study and what you will do after graduation.
2. Short CV/resume (approximately one page long) to contain; education history, work/internship/volunteer history, past and present memberships (roles played within these associations/clubs/societies etc).
