I love nature, I love flowers, I love the burst of different colours that delight my senses of sight and smell. I think of business like a garden. The before is dull, sometimes full of thorns and thistles but after some hard work and the rights ingredients several months later it is a delightful sight to behold.

Starting a business is like planting a garden—you nurture it with hard work, dedication, and belief. However, fear and naysayers are like weeds that threaten to choke your dream before it even has a chance to grow. Fear creates self-doubt, leading to missed opportunities and stalling progress. It paralyzes you, making you focus on risks rather than rewards, turning potential victories into imagined failures.

To succeed in business, it's crucial to recognize the dangers of fear and cultivate a mindset that embraces challenges. Get yourself a coach who challenges your limited thinking, trust God alot in the process especially because he is in control of the things you cannot control.

This past Saturday morning a spent time with some amazing learners on a platform where we were learning how to use AI to power up our business courtesy of Coach Betty Mwaura. We learnt by 2025 85 million jobs will be lost. The areas most affected are anything that can be automated (accounting, clerical, etc) Please note surgery has now gone tech (cyber knifes, robotics the works). I always felt a Lone Ranger before 2018 talking about these new areas to the point where I almost went mute. I have now come back with more courage to share the possibilities.
