Dear mums and dads,

A review from my client after 6 sessions:
“Hey everyone, i reached out to Huda after going through a long period of self doubt, and a lack of clarity of what I want and who I want to become.
I just wasn't feeling good about myself, constantly questioning my personality and choices.
The first few sessions required me to answer very difficult questions openly, and they forced me to reflect, and journal.
As the sessions went by, I could see the difference in me.. I was growing! I was beginning to see my strengths and weaknesses for what they are
By the time of the last session, I had more clarity. I feel more confident of myself and the negative emotions and feelings I had for myself are no longer there. I am more self loving.
I especially enjoyed the time line seasons which have given me a better control over my emotions- still work in progress.
Huda is an excellent coach, she is a great listenener, patient and non judgemental.

Between being “too much” and “not enough”, we lose our true selves.
-
When we let go of our need to prove our worth to others..when we stop attaching our happiness to being the perfect amount, not too little and not too much... just enough..we gain immense amounts of contentment, joy and love.

Note to self and everyone who is struggling
- you are not too old for that job
- you are smart enough to write that blog
- you are creative enough to design that dress
- you are not too inexperienced
- you are not too fat to tuck in your shirt
- you are not too bold, too shy, too loud, too confident.

Who made the rules and the benchmarks? Why are we following them? Who are we proving right when we are too much or not enough of?

Let’s start living for ourselves, being ourselves and believing in ourselves.

You can’t resource house keeping, but you can invest in some one qualified to help you unclutter your mind. Yes you have to do the work yourself but help is available!

Yep! Joy is sparked when you conscious and unconscious mind are aligned. They want the same thing. When you consciously have goals which you’re achieving but leaving you drained of energy and tired, you’ve missed something big! Something in your unconscious mind is making sure you’re not fulfilled because it’s not on board. Why is it not on board? It can be because of fears, limiting beliefs and unprocessed negative emotions. Let go, clear out, rehaul your mind and you’ll learn so much about yourself. What truly sparks your joy? What’s holding you back? Comment below!
