Eastern Africa Grain Institute(EAGI) is a division of the Eastern Africa Grain Council (EAGC) that specializes in offering Training, Capacity Building and Consultancy Services to stakeholders in the Grain Sector for purposes of reducing transaction costs and maximise profits. EAGI offers training in; Post-Harvest Management, Market Information System, Structured Trading Systems, Warehouse Receipt System, Commodity Trade Financing, Agriculture Commodity Exchange, Trade Contracts and Arbitration, Leadership and Governance in Farmer Organisations

International trade often involves complex processes that attract heavy risks, yet traders have limited knowledge of export trade requisites
