We are delighted to officially commence the Audit & Accounting Training Programme for a six-member delegation from the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF), Nigeria, being held in the beautiful city of Kigali, Rwanda. 🇳🇬🤝🇷🇼

The programme brings together professionals for an intensive learning experience focused on strengthening audit, accounting, financial management, controls, compliance and professional excellence.

We successfully concluded a highly engaging one-day Corporate Strategy and Team Bonding Session for OPSL Capital Ventures from Lekki, Nigeria, held on 8th July 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda.

The session brought together the team to strengthen strategic alignment, enhance collaboration, and build a shared vision for sustainable growth. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and team-building activities, participants developed actionable strategies to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.

We sincerely thank the leadership and staff of OPSL Capital Ventures for their active participation and trust in Global Leadership Institute. We wish them continued success as they implement the strategies developed during the session.

As the curtains come down on an inspiring two-day Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills Training for Church Leaders, we celebrate not just the end of a training program, but the beginning of a renewed commitment to building peace, fostering reconciliation, and strengthening unity within our faith communities.

Held on 18th–19th June 2026 at the Malawi Institute of Management (MIM) in Lilongwe, Malawi, the program brought together dedicated church leaders who invested their time and energy in learning practical approaches to conflict resolution, mediation, reconciliation, and peacebuilding.

Throughout the two days, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, shared real-life experiences, explored mediation techniques, and reflected on the critical role of faith leaders as agents of peace in their churches and communities.

Today, we proudly awarded certificates in recognition of their commitment to strengthening skills in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Reconciliation, and Peacebuilding within faith-based organizations and communities.

As these leaders return to their congregations, we are confident that the knowledge, skills, and networks gained during this training will contribute to healthier relationships, stronger ministries, and more peaceful communities across Malawi and beyond.

Thank you to all participants, facilitators, and partners who made this training a success. Together, we continue to build bridges of understanding, dialogue, and lasting peace.
