What: Mentorthon is an annual countrywide call for professionals, corporates, entrepreneurs and leaders to give 42 hours to mentor high school students. The 2018 Mentorthon will take place in Elgeyo Marakwet County with plans to scale-up in other counties in the coming years.

Why: Mentorship opportunities offer an opening for professionals and corporates to Pay Forward, to the next generation, the lessons we have learnt on our journey in life.

How: High school students will spend more than 20 hours getting help and advice on career choices, studies and life skills. 80+ professionals, university students, entrepreneurs will mentor and inspire 8,000+ high school students . 80 Schools from 4 constituencies will participate in Mentorthon 2018. This edition will focus on helping them realize their abilities and perform more than just average
