The Kenya Conservatoire of Music proudly presents its very first live orchestral concert in Nanyuki!

Experience the magic of the orchestra come alive with an exciting programme featuring favourites from stage and screen, including selections from Hamilton by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Highlights from Jurassic Park by John Williams, Guardians of the Galaxy arranged by Michael Brown, and the majestic fourth movement of Brahms’ Symphony No. 1.

Guitar Masterclass with Claudio Quartarone
Date: Monday, 2 March 2026 – 2:00 PM
Venue: Kenya Conservatoire of Music Ballet Studio

On the occasion of his artistic residency in Nairobi, Italian guitarist and composer Claudio Quartarone will hold a masterclass exclusively dedicated to guitarists.
During the masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to perform a piece from their own repertoire for Maestro Quartarone, who will then work individually with each guitarist in front of the entire group. A valuable opportunity for direct exchange, technical and expressive development, and artistic growth.
