Nairobi has an average of a hundred rainy day per annum, and a bit more than that of uncomfortably hot days.

As the planet warms up, and we see more weather disruptions, we wanted to create a more comfortable place for our learners to play, so we added functionality and play space – now covered, with the option of turf when needed.

The plan isn’t perfect yet, but it shows how much we’ll work to offer innovative solutions to give our learners a complete experience. We do our best to over deliver and remain understated, believing that the advertising should come from our teachers, parents and students.

We’re not yet three years old, with big prayers for the future. We have similar innovative approaches to academics, which we hope will start paying off soon.

Running a School is a constant challenge of balancing new ideas that will be the drivers of real change versus short term fads. This is only possible by starting with a firm academic foundation that builds on a traditional educational model and then works on add-ons. Without a primary system of thought, extra skills can become a crutch instead of a strength, but with a base of thinking, exposure to extracurricular activities help our students to take on the future of a world that is changing at the speed of thought.
