The STTA NRM & Sustainable Field Courses is a special opportunity for students to explore nature, indigenous cultures and the various management approaches, focus mainly being on sustainable tourism. The field course offers groups (14 Minimum) of students at the university level a chance to learn about conservation areas management, aquatic and terrestrial tropical ecology, community and cultural development, wildlife management and sustainable tourism in the different and diverse habitats of Kenya. Students get to spend between 7 to 21 days engaging in different field work and field research activities while interacting with the various wildlife and cultural groups in Kenya. Activities include camping, snorkeling, animal tracking and so many more.
