Join us this September 16th, 2022, as we graduate the Class of 2022.

We recently had the First AGM for Transparency Auto worker Cooperative Society Ltd. The first worker cooperative in East Africa. An official from the Makadara Cooperative offices presented the certificate of registration to the elected officials and visited the new hub at The Eastlands College of Technology - ECT where they will be operating from.

Every cohort empowers a different set of business people with the right tools and capacity to manage the Dual Training System where students are placed in their businesses to learn on the job.

, an arm of The Eastlands College of Technology - ECT recently held a workshop to fine tune 'Extension of the Dual Training System to Small Enterprises.'

In participation were Micro-Entrepreneurs who were trained on how to train Student Apprentices in their businesses following the German Dual Training Model.

The Eastlands College of Technology - ECT is a champion of the Dual Training System which puts students through practical environments and on-job training as part of their academic requirements. The Dual Training System ensures that no students are half-baked by the time they hit the job market, and prepares them for self-employment.
