Mrs Prof Rachel Gesami PhD, MBS

She is a successful scholar,
researcher and an international development economist. She is also the Chairperson, Board of Trustees and
Management for CUEA.

Professor Rachel Gesami holds a PhD in Economics from The University of
Nairobi, Kenya, a Masters Degree in Economics and Policy from the University
of Leeds, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Sociology from
the University of Botswana and Swaziland. Her passion is to
support education for development and poverty eradication in Africa. Currently,
she is Professor and Deputy Vice-Ch
