Kenyan universities, like their counterparts throughout the world, have been adversely affected by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic that has paralyzed activities, events, and operations from farming, to transport, to education, and to just about everything else in between.
Join Young and Free: the Movement as we get to demystify on how Kenyan universities have been affected by the pandemic, and how they have coped and continue to cope with closure of universities following President Kenyatta’s order on Sunday 15th March 2020, that universities, colleges, and technical institutions were to closed indefinitely.
Our Guest speakers/student leadership from renowned University both in Public Technical University of Kenya and Private sectors will be gracing our panel and sharing vivid insights from their school of thought😊

Perhaps, one of the most important reasons constant team briefing must be an arsenal deployed by all research managers is the fact that it enables all team members to read from the same script.
Other reasons why this is important are;
-its a way of cultivating two-way communication, listening and responding to concerns and field issues
-it kills any probable rumors and grapevine arising from misinformation
-it captures and weeds off any misunderstanding between team members
-as a research manager, you are kept up to speed with progress, results, challenges, possible changes etc
-you can as well turn it into a great session for encouraging, rewarding or appraising members to boost morale and team work
At Foresight Research (www.foresightresearch.co.ke), we understand that data quality can only be achieved if the process is seamless, clear, above board and grounded.
We carefully select, train, brief and de-brief our team members to ensure that your project receives nothing but expert hands, forged and sharpened for assured timely delivery.
Let's talk and collaborate on your next project.

Exercise and Fitness among the youth: Choosing a healthy lifestyle
A paltry 36% of young people in Kenya consider themselves physically fit. This is according to a recent online poll carried out by Foresight Research Ltd on the Young and Free; the movement's online platform, and a separate online study (carried out between 7th and 13th August 2020).

Well, this season has as well reminded us of what is and what isn't.
The 'losers' on the list of relative importance are obvious. And apparently, the bra lost big time. Probably because no one was dressing up for outdoor occasions or work. I hear buggy T-shirts served us just right in this endeavor.
Shaving was well, unnecessary as you can imagine. Some of us learnt how to do this on our own anyway. I can now trim my beard quite easily. The 'beard-gang' exclusive club got new entrants too.
The car lost it's importance. For most, car keys gathered dust, car wash business guys waited in vain and the mechanic definitely suffered.
But the replaced most of our monthly bills and internet service providers were overwhelmed. conducted a study on this to be released this week. With taking over, definitely not rising to the occasion and attempting a feeble shot, our lives have literally been .
Ohh, sweatpants. Yes, I acquired a few more of this essential item. Haha. after all, the suits, jeans and khaki pants weren't granting us this unmatched comfort.
But had an experience of their own. Explaining this is difficult, so I will leave it there.
What do you think?
