Picture yourself winning.
Not someday. Not “hopefully.”
See it clearly—right now.
Most of the things that I've accomplished I pictured many years ago some as a kid.
From a young age I had pictured myself becoming a doctor and today I am Nebosh Health and Safety Excellence Leadership Certified.
As a kid I pictured myself having a truck of goods going to my shop and today I import goods to the country. As a kid I pictured myself flying and today I've flown about 22 times having to a number of continents now.
See yourself rising early with purpose.
See yourself disciplined when it’s uncomfortable.
See yourself pushing when others quit.
See yourself finishing strong.
See yourself living your dream life.

Winning is not an accident. It is first a picture in your mind before it becomes a reality in your life.
If you can’t see it, you will struggle to become it.
So build that picture: You are focused.
You are consistent.
You are resilient.
You are unstoppable.
Even when it’s hard, see yourself overcoming.
Even when doors seem closed, see yourself breaking through.
Even when doubt whispers, let vision shout louder.
Because what you consistently picture, you eventually pursue.
What you pursue with faith and action, you will achieve.

Today, refuse to see defeat.
Refuse to entertain failure as your final story.
Picture yourself winning… and then rise and move like a winner.
Your future is not guessing—it’s a vision waiting for your action.

One of my greatest fulfillments as an Intentional Encourager is giving people hope.
Every single day, I make it a priority to motivate, inspire, encourage, strengthen, and lift others—helping them rise from places of hopelessness into light and possibility.
This is not occasional… it’s daily.
Through social media posts, messages, one-on-one conversations, and group engagements—I remain committed to stirring hearts and igniting purpose.
This calling is what led me to start the Africa 🌍 Youth Rescue Initiative Africa Youth Rescue Initiative , where I serve as Founder and President—creating a platform to reach, uplift, and transform lives.
Let’s be intentional about encouraging one another.
Someone out there just needs a word from you to keep going.

Everyone has that person who God uses to help you Sharpen your axe and have a razor sharp accuracy and precision and I am lucky to have one. In 2003 Rev Elijah Maina the senior Pastor Deliverance Church Life Celebration Center Nakuru passionately led me to Christ having shared from Isaiah 60:1, Arise and Shine at DC Murunyu and from there the sharpening and transformation begun.

SHARPEN YOUR EDGE FOR A DOUBLE HARVEST

Ecclesiastes 10:10 – “If the axe is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success.”
1. God is Calling You to be SHARP, not just BUSY
Many people are working hard, but not getting results. Why?
Because the axe is dull.
God is not calling you to struggle — He is calling you to be effective.
A sharp axe produces more results with less effort
A dull axe produces fatigue without fruit

Sharpening means:
Spiritual growth (Word, prayer)
Mental alignment (clear thinking)
Skill improvement (excellence in what you do)

2. You Must Be ALIGNED and CALIBRATED
Before God releases a double harvest, He first aligns you.

Alignment means:
Being in the right place
At the right time
Doing the right thing
Isaiah 60:1 – “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
You cannot shine if you are misaligned.
God is saying:
Adjust your focus
Calibrate your vision
Remove distractions

3. SEE CLEARLY, PURSUE BOLDLY
You must see accurately before you can move correctly.
Habakkuk 2:2 – “Write the vision and make it plain…”

Your formula for breakthrough:
VISION + BIG FAITH + NECESSARY ACTION = GREAT RESULTS & DOUBLE HARVEST
Vision gives direction
Faith gives courage
Action produces results
Without action, vision is just a dream.

4. BE EQUIPPED AND EMPOWERED
God never sends you empty.
Ephesians 4:12 – “…to equip His people for works of service…”

You are being:
Sharpened for precision
Equipped for impact
Empowered for dominion

This is your season to become:
Razor sharp
Focused
Accurate in ex*****on

5. DISCERN YOUR SEASON – TIMING IS EVERYTHING
Ecclesiastes 3:1 – “To everything there is a season…”

A double harvest comes when you:
Act at the right time
Move with divine timing
Obey promptly
Doing the right thing at the wrong time still produces poor results.

6. YOU ARE A SOLUTION TO NATIONS
God is raising you as:
A solution
An answer
A saviour
A pioneer
A deliverer
Nations are waiting for your manifestation.
Romans 8:19 – “Creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.”

SHARPEN YOUR EDGE
This is your season of:
Clarity
Accuracy
Precision
Acceleration
Double Harvest

Don’t just swing the axe — sharpen it.
Don’t just move — move accurately.
Don’t just believe — act boldly.

“I am sharpened, aligned, calibrated, equipped, and empowered.
I see clearly, I act boldly, and I enter my season of double harvest.
I arise and shine, for I am a solution to my generation.”

Life is made up of highs and lows. You will experience both mountains and valleys throughout your lifetime. You may feel at times you are trapped in a valley (a dark, isolated, and lonely place) and will never get out. Remember, a valley is nothing but a mountain turned upside down. As sure as there is a valley there is a mountaintop awaiting you. Though you may not like it or understand it, it was David who said that in the valley God restored his soul. Do not fight it. Always allow for your body, your soul, and your spirit to be renewed and refreshed. Enjoy spending time with God daily to be renewed and refreshed.

Wacha stress nani!!!
Badirisha Hali bwana!!
Feeling good about yourself attracts better and greater feelings and things to you. Get your inner world in order. Balance your emotions. Get clear mentally. Let the past go. Make peace with everything so you can allow yourself to transcend limiting draining thoughts. Declare change over your life.
Loving yourself will heal you. You are perfect no matter what your past was or what you’re currently experiencing. You can’t be broken. You are whole, complete, and divine. Let it all go. Feel light in your heart and mind. Claim your peace. It’s a new day to celebrate yourself.
Make peace with yourself so your heart can expand and your mind can be at ease. Self-forgiveness is knowing that you’re not defined by your past and every moment is a brand new start for you to recreate, reimagine, and redesign your life. Your potential is unlimited.
The best is unfolding for you. Watch in a few months when you look back it will all seem so surreal but that’s where you’re headed. A magical destination. It’s worth being grateful about it today. It’s worth feeling good about yourself. It’s worth celebrating.
Be at peace with what has passed and be hopeful of what’s to come. New beginnings are on the way.
Be you, love you, do you, be authentic, run your race, stick to your lane and don't compare yourself with others.
Don’t overthink anything. Relax and trust yourself. Your spirit is intelligent and powerful.
All will come together when you believe and allow.
It shall end well, be at peace.

MOTIVATION, INSPIRATION, ENCOURAGEMENT & TRAINING OF NOT GIVING UP(DARE NOT QUIT) - AMB STEVE MBUGUA 07/03/2026

KEEPING UP THE MOMENTUM
My friend, Let’s be honest, one of the most challenging roadblocks that we face in our journey to achieving our goals is keeping our momentum going. It is hard. There are days that we feel totally no motivation to do anything and we just want to relax and do nothing. So what should you do when you fail to come up with the drive and to keep your momentum going?
In my journey of pursuing my dreams of publishing books, entrepreneurship, being a safety Ambassador etc, most of the time I set up very nice and achievable goals and start pursuing them but somewhere I stop and quit. This includes studying the bible, going to the gym, avoiding watching the TV, attending home church fellowships, sleeping early at 9pm and waking up at 4am etc. I start and quit after several days. I can honestly say that the major problem is not motivation but keeping up the momentum.
In other words, to keep achieving and keep making progress, you must maintain your momentum to keep going.
Motivation: Reason for someone to act/behave in a certain way; a general desire and willingness for someone to do something.
Momentum: Force, or speed of movement; the driving force gained by the development of a process or course of an event.
I have come to realize and conclude that Progress only happens when motion exists and motion is the results of actions. Motivation gets us wanting to start, action gets us started, momentum gets us closer. So what we need more is Action that creates momentum.
I have been reading books and watching stuffs and have realized that High performers choose to determine their own motivation. They work, they hustle, they practice to create the momentum that ignites their motivation. They do not wait for motivation to find them.
High performers build habits and systems/disciplines that stick.
Imagine when you’re pushing a car to jumpstart it with friends. When you first approach the car and push it, you need to exert a strong force and push it with all your might.
But once the car started to move a little, it becomes easier. You just need to maintain the force you exert on the car to keep it moving. And if you continue to push the car with all your strength, the car will move faster and faster.
This is momentum at work, And when it comes to achieving your goals and taking consistent action each day, the same principle applies. When you first started, it may seem very difficult. You need to put in a lot of energy and effort to get things done. The momentum made it easier.
Example is writing articles like I regularly do every day. I have so far written about 1100 blogs on different topics and Authored 14 books by the grace of God. If you have never written an article before, writing your first article can be a challenging task. You will feel that it is extremely difficult to do.
But if you continue to push on. Things become easier. This is because you have gained momentum and slowly, you get used to the process of doing it. If you write an article a day, after a few weeks or months, it will become a normal task for you. You don’t feel it to be as difficult as when you first started anymore.
The same goes for losing weight. You’re not going to lose all the weight in just one session of exercise. At some point I lost 12kgs within one month but the following month I gained 7 more. I was not consistent enough. You need to be consistent, enthusiastic and passionate. You have to stick to your plan and do it every day.
It will be tough at first, but once you get over it, it will become easy for you.
When you love what you do, you will continue to do it even when things are difficult or when you are not getting paid. But if you’re doing it for the money, you will give up soon enough when you don’t earn any money from your work.
Find your why. Discover your purpose behind your goals, your dreams, and why you do what you do. This is what keeps me going. As an Ambassador of Safety two of my companies deals with Safety, and it is not money that pushes me but purpose. The Why factor.
When you know your why, always keep it in your mind. Visualize and focus on the rewards and your purpose.
Your purpose builds your desire. Your desire will build your momentum and give you the motivation that you need to keep going.
Most people don’t understand what they want out of their lives and they have no idea what they’re passionate about.
Today, just ask yourself, “What is that one action I can take right now(immediately in the next 5 minutes) towards my goal?” Do It!!!
Building and maintaining your momentum is extremely important and requires you to be habitual and radical when it comes to achieving your goals. People fail to follow through their plans because they lose their momentum somewhere along the line.
Successful people understand the power of momentum. If you want to achieve extraordinary results in life, you need momentum. So learn to build your momentum, keep it, maintain it, and grow it.
When you have momentum, you become unstoppable.
Do you have a dream, goal, vision, calling, aspiration that is really stirring you up and you feel that once you achieve it you gonna become great? My Friend, Hang in there! Don't give up! Keep pushing! Keep fighting! Stay strong! Never give up! Never say 'die'! Come on! You can do it better!!!!!!!

I don't know the situation, predicament or stubborn limitations that you have been going through but I am here to encourage you.
Maybe you’ve prayed and prayed. You've held on to what little faith you could muster. You have believed with everything within you! So why still no answer? It’s not about how many times you’ve prayed, how many tears you've shed. Sometimes it’s simply just not the right time yet. God wants you to know timing is involved. It’s also about positioning. It’s about learning the right lessons. It’s about getting to the right place. It’s about waiting for the right season. Do not fear. Do not be discouraged. Do not lose heart. Do not believe the lies of the enemy. Do not stop looking for your miracle. There’s a time coming, and it’s already been spoken, established, and done!
"He has made everything beautiful and appropriate in its time. He has also planted eternity [a sense of divine purpose] in the human heart [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except God]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what God has done (His overall plan) from the beginning to the end." Ecclesiastes 3:11.
Do not give up, your time is coming and it'll end well. Be encouraged.R.

Remember, your life comes one day at a time. This is it! Do what is right and pleasing to God. Smile, lift up your head, and move forward with a good attitude. Do not stress out about the closed doors behind you. New doors are opening all the time, and you will see them if you keep moving forward with your head up and eyes fully open. Sometimes you have to accept the fact that things will never go back to how they used to be and that yesterday’s ending was really a new beginning. “This is the day the Lord has made, so rejoice and be glad.”

Life isolates you when you are meant for big things. Every champion has an isolation period. Jesus had 40 days in the desert. Muhammad had years in the cave. Isolation removes noise, removes fake friends, removes shortcuts. Use the quiet time to sharpen your mind. When the spotlight comes back, you'll be ready. If you're feeling isolated right now, this might not be a bad thing. This might be preparation. Every successful person I know had a period where they felt alone and misunderstood. But they used that time to build something. And when they came out of isolation, they were unstoppable. So if you're isolated right now, don't waste it complaining about being lonely. This is your training session. Build in silence and let your success speak for itself later.
