Suwrat Al-Kahf:
Aya ya 110.

【قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَا إِلَـٰهُكُمْ إِلَـٰهٌ *وَاحِدٌ* ۖ فَمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا ﴿١١٠﴾

Sema: Hakika mimi ni mtu k**a nyinyi, nafunuliwa Wahy kwamba: Hakika Mwabudiwa wa haki wenu ni Mungu *Mmoja Pekee* . Hivyo anayetaraji kukutana na Mola wake, basi na atende ‘amali njema na wala asimshirikishe yeyote katika ibada za Mola wake】

۞ Maana Yake: Mwenye Kunusuru.

Suwrat Al-Anfaal:
Aya ya 40.

【وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّـهَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۚ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ *النَّصِيرُ* ﴿٤٠﴾

Na wakikengeuka, basi jueni kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mawlaa wenu; Mawlaa Mzuri Alioje, na *Mwenye kunusuru* Mzuri Alioje!】

*Undoubtable Regret*

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

There is nothing we will say here that we have not discussed before now.. But bcos we are human and undeniably forgetful, there is need to be constantly reminded.

Yes,

The Arabic word that corresponds to “human being” is Insan. This word takes its root from the word Nisyan, which literally means “forgetfulness”. Man is undeniably a very forgetful creature!

Furthermore,

Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet (pbuh) said, “There is no believing servant but that he has a sin he habitually commits from time to time, or a sin abiding over him that he does not abandon until he departs the world. *Verily, the believer was created to be tested, repenting and forgetful. If he is reminded, he will remember.”* 📚Source: al-Mu’jam al-Kabi‌r 11810

That is why,

Man is in dire need to be constantly reminded of his or her true reality & true life.. It is for this very reason that Islam stresses on the importance of constant reminders.

Oh my people!

If we backbitten, slander or insult people,, Allah (swt) can never forgive that except if the person we offend forgives us here on earth,, if not, it is our good deeds we will use to make settlement on the judgement day.. But what is backbitting & slandering?

👉 Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh), said, “Do you know what backbiting is?” They said, “Allah and his messenger know best. ”The Prophet said, *“To discuss your brother or sister in his/her absent in a way he/she dislikes if heard.”* It was said, “What do you think if what I said about him/her is true?” The Prophet said, “If what you say about him/her is true, it is *backbiting.* And If it is not true, it is *slander"* 📚Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2589

Also from hadeeth:

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh), said: 👉 *“Do you know who is bankrupt (the poorest of the poor)?”* They said, “The one without money or goods is bankrupt.” The Prophet said, “Verily, the bankrupt of my nation are those who come on the Day of Resurrection with the rewards of prayers, fasting, and charity, *but bcos they insults, backbitten or slander, consuming wealth, shedding blood, and beating others.* The oppressed will each be given from his good deeds. And If his good deeds run out before justice is fulfilled, then the sins committed by the opperessed will be cast upon him and he will be thrown into the Hellfire.” 📚Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2581

Now,

If you do not know any other Hadeeth at all, then, you should know this Hadeeth,, understand it and keep it mind in order to avoid being regretful, bankrupt and loser on the Day of Judgment.

Servants of Allah!

On that day, accounts have to be settled.. Money, power, and wealth will not be helpful unless they were used properly during one’s lifetime.. Yes.. No one can buy good deeds or rewards on that day, simply because there are none for sale😃. No one will sell you, lend you, or give you *one single good deed or reward* , not even your own mother😳. Yes. On that day, each person is concerned with their own affairs, their own salvation.

*Matter Number 4 that will bring about ‘Hasra’ (regret) on that long Day (judgement day)

Allah (swt) alone knows

THE STORY OF QARUN AND THE LESSON IT TEACHES US:_ The story of Qarun and lessons from it.
Alhamdulillah, let's remind ourselves of a story of one of the men of children of Israel whom Allah bestowed with wealth but he became arrogant.
When people would see will wish they were like him. So every seeing Qarun will say Allah has indeed blessed and
Favoured him.
But musa a.s knew it was a trial and those granted knowledge.

The key to his treasure's room, those who carry it were band of men and he was arrogant and proud.
So he started to think he is independent and when ask how he got his wealth, he replied,
It was my knowledge that granted me wealth.

So Allah s.w.t finally when his term came, Qarun was drowned to earth to humble him and those who say that said,
Maybe Musa a.s wanted his wealth so Allah s.w.t made Qarun to drown his wealth and no one could save him.
His wealth could not save him and those who wished they had his status and power finally said indeed, it is Allah who gives but the hereafter is better..
As Allah says in Quran
Al-Qasas 28:76
Indeed, Qarun was from the people of Moses, but he tyrannized them. And We gave him of treasures whose keys would burden a band of strong men; thereupon his people said to him, "Do not exult. Indeed, Allah does not like the exultant.
Al-Qasas 28:77
But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world. And do good as Allah has done good to you. And desire not corruption in the land. Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters."

Al-Qasas 28:78
He said, "I was only given it because of knowledge I have." Did he not know that Allah had destroyed before him of generations those who were greater than him in power and greater in accumulation [of wealth]? But the criminals, about their sins, will not be asked.

Al-Qasas 28:79
So he came out before his people in his adornment. Those who desired the worldly life said, "Oh, would that we had like what was given to Qarun. Indeed, he is one of great fortune."
Al-Qasas 28:80
But those who had been given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of Allah is better for he who believes and does righteousness. And none are granted it except the patient."
Al-Qasas 28:81
And We caused the earth to swallow him and his home. And there was for him no company to aid him other than Allah, nor was he of those who [could] defend themselves.

FREE MIXING IN ISLAM

What is considered free mixing?
- Men and women are permitted to be in the same place. (i.e. shops, streets etc)
- Men and women should avoid situations where they are crowded together or seated together.
- Repetitive acquaintance should be avoided to prevent familiarity.
- Business like discussion between man and woman is permissible when necessary.

Why is it like this?
- Prevention of intimate relationships developing outside of marriage.
- Prevention of gossip and slander that can destroy relationships and families.
- Prevention of one party "falling in love" and being hurt.
- Prevention of children being born outside of marriage.
- Prevention of families being broken up.

The Evidence

Allah says: "Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them." and says: "And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty." [Noble Quran 24:30-31]

Allah says: "And when you ask the ladies for anything, ask them from behind a screen. That makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs." [Noble Quran 33:53]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade men and women from being alone together. He said: "Never is a man alone with a woman except that Satan is the third party with them."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said: "Do not enter into the company of women." A man then asked him: "What about her male in-laws?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "The in-law is the most dangerous".

The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said: "It is better for one of you to be pierced by a steel pin in his head than to touch the hand of a strange woman."

Allah says: "Be not too complaisant of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak with a speech (that is) proper." [Noble Quran 33:32]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Any woman who puts on perfume then goes and passes by some men to let them find her scent is a type of adulteress." [Musnad Ahmad, Tirmidhi]

Umm Salamah said: "When the Prophet (peace be upon him) completed the prayer, the women would get up to leave. He would then wait awhile before standing." Ibn Shahab said: "I believe that he waited for a while to give the women an opportunity to depart before the men." [Sahih al-Bukhari]

It was related in al-Bukhari that women at the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not circumambulate the Ka'bah along with the men. `A'ishah used to go around the Ka'bah at a good distance from the men and avoided mixing with them. Once another woman bade to her to go forward with her so they could touch the corner of the Ka'bah. `A'ishah refused to do so. [Sahih al-Bukhari]

One of `Ayshah's handmaidens came to her and said: "O Mother of believers, I went around the Ka'bah seven times and touched the corner twice or trice". `Ayshah replied: "May Allah not reward you for pushing your way through men. It would have been sufficient for you to you to say "Allah Akbar" as you passed by". [Musnad al-Shafi'i]

Punishment for Zina

In this life

Fornication is 100 lashes
"The male and female who commit fornication -flog each of them with one hundred lashes, and let not compassion for the two of them keep you from complying with Allah's religion, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their punishment." [Noble Quran 24:2]

Adultery is death
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "It is not permitted to shed the blood of any Muslim .... Except in three cases: a soul for a soul, the married person who commits adultery, and the one who forsakes his religion..." [Bukhari and Muslim]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When someone commits Zina or drinks wine, Allah removes his faith from him, just as a person takes his shirt off over his head"

In the Hereafter

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not speak to nor look at nor purify three types of people: an old man who commits Zina, a lying king and a vainglorious poor person...."

The Prophet said: "We went on and arrived near a pit which was like and oven, out of which we could hear cries. We glanced into it and naked men and women, who cried out when the flames reached them from below. I asked: 'Who are these, O Gabriel?' He replied, 'Males and females who have committed fornication.'" [Bukhari]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If someone commits Zina with a married women, in the grave there will be a punishment on him and on her equal to half the punishment of this Ummah...."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The man who has laid his hand with lust on a woman who is not permissible to him will come on the Day of Judgment with his hand tied to his neck. If he kissed her, his lips will be cut in the Fire, and if he had sexual in*******se with her, his private parts will speak against him in the Day of Judgment saying: 'I did what was forbidden.' Allah Most High will look at him with anger, and the flesh on his face will sag and he will look haggard and old. He will say: 'What did I do?' His tongue will witness against him saying, 'I said what was forbidden'; his hands will speak and say, 'We reached for what was forbidden'; each of his feet will say. 'I went to a forbidden place.'; and his private parts will say, 'I did it.' An one of the guardian angels will say, 'I heard it.' and the other guardian angel will say, 'I wrote it,' and Allah Most High will say, 'I knew it but I concealed it.' Then He will say 'My angels, take him and give him! a taste of My punishment. Great is My anger against the man who had so little shame towards Me!'"

*TUMTII ALLAH NA MTUME WAKE.*

۞ *ULAZIMA NA MANUFAA YA KUMSHUKURU ALLAH*
*KWA WINGI*

◉ Mola wetu Mtukufu baada ya kumuumba mtu, alimpatia mwongozo wa njia, ambao ni ama Mtu huyo ashukuru ama akufuru, zingatia:

【إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا﴿٣﴾

Hakika Sisi Tumemuongoza (mtu) njia; ama ni mwenye kushukuru ama mwenye kukufuru - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Al-Insaan: 3】

◉ Na Kisha Mola wetu Mtukufu akatutangazia, baada ya kutuongoza kuhusu hizo njia mbili, ya kwamba basi *tuchague njia ya kumshukuru na wala tusichague njia ya kumkufuru*, zingatia:

【فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ﴿١٥٢﴾

Basi nikumbukeni na Mimi Nitakukumbukeni, *na nishukuruni wala msinikufuru* - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Al-Baqara: 152】

◉ Lakini Shyatwaan KAFIRI yeye alijigamba ya kuwa atawaponza wanaadamu wengi kukufuru k**a Yeye, na watakaoshukuru watakuwa ni wachache tu, zingatia:

【ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَائِلِهِمْ ۖ وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ ﴿١٧﴾

(Ibliys akasema): Kisha nitawaandama mbele yao na nyuma na kuliani kwao na kushotoni kwao, na wala Hutopata wengi wao wenye kushukuru - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Al-A'raaf: 17】

◉ Lakini ALLAH akazidi kutubainishia, ya kwamba Kumwabudu yeye na kumshukuru vinapaswa kwenda pamoja, zingatia:

【بَلِ اللَّـهَ فَاعْبُدْ وَكُن مِّنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ﴿٦٦﴾

*Bali mwabudu ALLAH Pekee, na uwe miongoni mwa wenye kushukuru*. - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Az-Zumar: 66】

◉ Na kwamba pia tuwe ni wenye kuzishukuru Neema Zake ikiwa kweli sisi tunamwabudu yeye, zingatia:

【فَكُلُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّـهُ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَاشْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّـهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ﴿١١٤﴾

Basi kuleni katika vile Alivyokuruzukuni ALLAH vya halali vizuri, *na shukuruni Neema za ALLAH ikiwa mnamwabudu Yeye* - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat An-Nahl: 113】

◉ Na akatueleza Mola wetu, ya kuwa *Yeye HURIDHIKA na Sisi pale tunapokuwa ni wenye kumshukuru* , zingatia:

【إِن تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنكُمْ ۖ وَلَا يَرْضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ ۖ وَإِن تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ ﴿٧﴾

Mkikufuru, basi hakika ALLAH Ni Mkwasi kwenu, na wala Haridhii kufuru kwa Waja Wake. *Na mkishukuru, basi Huridhika nanyi.* Na wala mbebaji mzigo hatobeba mzigo wa mwengine. Kisha kwa Mola wenu ndio marejeo yenu, Atakujulisheni yale mliyokuwa mkiyatenda. Hakika Yeye Ni Mjuzi wa yaliyomo vifuani - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Az-Zumar: 7】

◉ Kisha akatuahidi Mola wetu, ya kuwa *tukimshukuru Yeye basi atatuzidishia maradufu*, zingatia:

【وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٌ﴿٧﴾

*Na pindi Alipo tangaza Mola wenu: Ikiwa mtashukuru, bila shaka Nitakuzidishieni*, na mkikufuru, basi hakika Adhabu Yangu ni kali - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Ibrahim: 7】

◉ Mola wetu Mtukufu akatubainishia pia, ya kuwa *tukimshukuru na kumwamini, basi Yeye hatokuwa mwenye kutuadhibu*, zingatia:

【مَّا يَفْعَلُ اللَّـهُ بِعَذَابِكُمْ إِن شَكَرْتُمْ وَآمَنتُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّـهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيمًا ﴿١٤٧﴾

*ALLAH Hatokuadhibuni ikiwa mtashukuru na mtaamini*. Na ALLAH daima Ni Mwenye Kupokea shukurani, Mjuzi wa yote - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat An-Nisaa: 147】

◉ Na pia ya kuwa *anayemshukuru ALLAH, Basi huyo anashukuru kwa manufaa ya nafsi yake* , zingatia:

【وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِلَّـهِ ۚ وَمَن يَشْكُرْ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ ﴿١٢﴾

Kwa yakini Tulimpa Luqmaan hikima *kwamba: Mshukuru ALLAH. Na anayeshukuru, basi hakika anashukuru kwa manufaa ya nafsi yake*. Na anayekufuru, basi hakika ALLAH Ni Mkwasi, Mwenye Kustahiki Kuhimidiwa - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Luqman: 12】

◉ *Jiulize* : Je wewe ni mwenye kawaida ya kumshukuru Mola wako? Ni kipi kiwango chako cha Shukrani? Basi kwanini usizidishe juhudi yako katika kumshukuru ALLAH? kwani nawe hutaki kuzidishiwa? Kwani hutaki kuridhiwa na ALLAH? unangoja nini sasa?

◉ *Hitimisho*: Hakika Kumshukuru ALLAH kuna manufaa makubwa kabisa k**a ilivyo ainishwa, Basi tumshukuru Mola wetu mara kwa mara, mara nyingi kwa siku... tusipuuze jambo katika kumshukuru Yeye, tufanye hivyo kwa wingi ili nasi tuyapate manufaa hayo.

◉ *Kumbuka* :

【وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ﴿٧٨﴾

Naye Ndiye Ambaye Amekuumbieni kusikia na kuona na nyoyo. Ni kudogo mno kushukuru kwenu - Qurani Tukufu: Suwrat Al-Muuminuwn: 78】

❁ Na ALLAH (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎)
