GOOD NEWS FOR ALL MURANG'A COUNTY UNI/COLLEGE STUDENTS!!!
Murang'a County Tertiary Students Association (MCTSA) is association that came into birth after several student leaders from different institutions came together and decided to initiate a union that would push for comrades rights in our great county.
Comrades, it has been a great concern on each one of us why when we apply for burseries, most of us do not get them whilst its already budgeted! Dear comrades, while our honourable governor invests massively in agriculture, the education sector has deteriorated esp for us. A leader that invests in educating his people is a leader that has a vision for even the hundredth generation!! We have to harness our forces and fight for what is rightfully ours!
Great compatriots, when a man man eats fish, its unwise to drink water, because the water may cause the fish to start swimming again,the stomach grumbles!! Now the county gvt has no escape goat when we are united. Unity is power, my people.
The main objective was to call on the county gvt for empowerment, monitor bursery allocation per respective wards, also help students within Mt. Kenya region for attachment & internship programs, form a mentorship programme,involve in community work and other responsibilities that will be communicated later on.
There's already a proposed constitution that will only be vetted after the members meet on 16th July 2017 when we will hold our first meeting. Please download it,read through it and pinpoint any amendment you may want to be made.
I encourage all comrades from any college/university to join hands with us. Unity is power. Comrades must also enjoy the resources that the Murang'a county ministry of education,the ministry of youth & sports has that have been being fattening several stomachs.
MCTSA is not a political subject but an association that will exist all through different county governments.
Education is power!!
