Online registration has been ongoing from Monday, 7th September, 2020 and shall continue to be open until Friday, 9th October, 2020 at 5 P.M. Those who are yet to register are urged to register so that they can be able to access online classes and examinations. Online classes commenced on Monday, 14th September 2020. The teaching timetable has already been uploaded on the website for your access. Links for the classes are beng shared by your respective Chairperson(s) of Department(s) (CoDs).NOTE Emailing of the scanned documents alone does not constitute registration. You are required to fill in a
student biodata form that is obtainable from the University website (www.mut.ac.ke ) under the virtual registration tab on the home page. After filling the student biodata form, you shall be activated on the ERP system and we shall email you the login credentials for the students’ portal. It is at this point that you can
access the students’ portal where you shall confirm your registration status, confirm fee paid, register for units and access online classes. Ensure that your registration is complete.

Step2: Submit documents via email ([email protected])
ALL first years are required to scan and email the following documents urgently to [email protected]:
Copy of the admission letter countersigned by the student
Copy of acceptance declaration form
Copy of either ID card or Birth certificate or notification of birth certificate (if under 18 years).
Copy of bank slip as evidence of full fees payment
