​On Saturday, AfTLP Cohort 9 tackled Navigating Your Inner Compass, exploring the four pillars of intentional leadership: self-awareness, conscience, creative thinking, and independent will.

​But we don't do passive lectures.

​To translate theory into action, one of our cohort members stepped forward to facilitate the opening check-in. In a matter of minutes, a routine opening activity became a live exercise in public speaking, active facilitation, and building room-commanding confidence.
