Tononoka Secondary School

On Saturday, Tononoka Senior School, students had a memorable and educational experience as International Medical Limited in partnership with Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital paid a special visit to the school to create awareness on mental health among students.

The session focused on helping learners understand the importance of mental wellness, managing stress, building self-confidence, and seeking help whenever they face emotional or psychological challenges. The facilitators encouraged the boys to speak openly about mental health and reminded them that mental strength is just as important as physical health.

Students actively participated in the discussions, asked questions, and shared their thoughts during the interactive sessions. The visitors also emphasized the importance of discipline, positive friendships, proper communication, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle as part of good mental health.
