These were Jewish men who had prayed all their lives. And yet when they saw how Jesus prayed, they knew they had never seen anything like it.

They watched Jesus heal the sick, raise the dead, calm storms, and the ONE thing they asked to be taught was prayer.

You may look poor to the world, but heaven measures wealth differently.

The church in Smyrna faced poverty, affliction, and persecution, yet Jesus declared, “But thou art rich” (Revelation 2:9). Their circumstances did not define their standing before God. Their faith did.

Your trials are not proof that God has abandoned you. Often, they are evidence that He is refining, strengthening, and preparing you for eternal glory. The world sees what is temporary. God sees what is eternal.

Stay faithful. What God values cannot be measured by earthly standards.
