Saying thank you is so precious yet sometimes so rare.

Remember the 10 lepers who were healed by Jesus but only 1 returned to appreciate the Lord?

Learning to say thank you, I appreciate you, showing value to others, and letting them know they are important to us will dramatically change our relationships.

PRAYER THOUGHT:
Dear Lord, thank You for all that You are and for all that You do. Please help me to fully appreciate You, and the people you place in my life. Please guide my thoughts, words, and actions so that I am showing forth a heart full of gratitude to You and to others. In Your Name. Amen.

It has been said that the quality of a person`s reflects the quality of a person`s life.

Regardless of how much we know of the word of God, how long we pray and how disciplined we live, we need to grow in our relationship with God, our families, church, and others around us.

``Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself`` Matt 22:37-39.

Health is not just the absence of disease; it`s a lifestyle. The way you are living now and your habits might be the reason you are not feeling and looking as healthy as you should.

Reducing stress, getting enough sleep, and getting help when you are feeling stressed or depressed are some of the things you can do to keep your mind healthy.

It is time for you to make some changes in your life to live a better life and become a healthier person.
