We were well represented today at the just concluded Nairobi city marathon in the 21km & 42 km respectively. Our team portrayed tremendous efforts and dedication completing the race among the best in an improved pace from last year's standard chartered marathon.

We stand with the Utumishi Girls school after a Tragic Fire Catastrophe. Quick recovery to the injured & May the souls of those who have left us rest in eternal peace.

GROUND FIGHTING FACTS
In ground fighting the heavier/stronger/swift person has an upper hand in winning a fight even if he/she is untrained. why? because as a lighter or stiff person pinned on the ground no chance of running away like in stand-up fighting whereby you can make good footwork to escape or as well pick objects around you like stones to hit back if it's a street fight.
So in ground fighting the only way to win mostly against an heavier/stronger person you MUST BE WELL SKILLED in escapes drills, locks, sweeps from below, chokes & the ground and pound MMA offensive & defensive knowledge.
If weapons like knives or blunt objects are involved while still on the ground you MUST BE well skilled in KRAV MAGA defensive combative skills/awareness.
In this case the lady is heavier and very swift thus dominating.

No one should take another human being's life regardless of anything. It is unacceptable and the perpetrators should face the full force of the law.
However, to our dear parents, please talk to your daughters - brothers/sisters talk to your sisters, hold them close. Remind them that their lives are worth more than expensive phones, fancy dates,quick money or gifts from strangers pretending to care for them.
We are losing too many young girls β
beautiful souls with dreams, future and
families who love them. Some leave home
chasing a better life, only to fall into the hands
of dangerous people hiding behind money
and fake love. An iPhone can be replaced but a human life cannot.
Parents, let us not only provide for our
children physically but emotionally too. Let us
create homes where our daughters can speak
freely without fear of judgment. Teach them
that real love does not demand secrecy,
control or dependence on older men promising luxury.
To our girls: your education, your dignity, your
safety and your future are more valuable than
temporary comfort. No gift is worth risking
your life.
The only free gift without payback can only come from these men; Your own Dad, brother or your husband/boyfriend. No school will teach you this.
May God protect all our daughters/sisters. And may we as a society stop normalizing
relationships that place young women in
danger.

KRAV MAGA COMMANDMENTS
We're not only here for techniques but most importantly for a total body & mind transformation from the ordinary to warrior's lifestyle.
Equipping ourselves with both the stand-up fighting skills through KARATE, BOXING KICKBOXING & TAEKWONDO as well as the ground fighting skills through JUDO thus completing MIXED MARTIAL ARTS requirement.
