Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) and Big Dadie Stores have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration in research, innovation, capacity building and the commercialization of the Instant External Automatic Handbrake System.
The five-year partnership will promote joint research, product development, technology transfer and the establishment of innovation and manufacturing facilities, reinforcing MUST's commitment to transforming research into practical solutions that address industry needs.

Today, Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST) officially signed a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) – Meru Chapter and the Meru County Government. The partnership marks a significant step towards advancing innovation, entrepreneurship, research, skills development, and economic growth through strategic collaboration.
The MoU was signed by the Vice Chancellor of the MUST, Prof. Romanus Odhiambo, PhD, the Deputy Governor of Meru County, Ms. Linda Kiome, and the Chairman of KNCCI Meru Chapter, Mr. Joshua Mungania.
Together, we are building stronger connections between academia, industry, and government for a more innovative and prosperous future.
