INTER-VARSITY HUMAN RIGHTS DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Though retaliation from other Universities was high, with a brand new mode of debate style (British Parliamentary), Our dedicated members Wesley Mabwa -Chairman - & Peter Obwaka who were categorized as (KeMU A) and Quincy James & Dalton Bwire as (KeMU B) qualified for the Semi-Finals at the National Museums of Kenya on 4th of October. After arguing their way out of the Preliminaries, which had 3 motions tabled in 3 different debate sessions at Kenyatta University City Campus.

Better yet Teresa Nyamora the latest member of this Team reached the Final of Public speaking.

Kudos to the team and all who represented our school since we worked as a team to challenge upcoming Kenyan Lawyers though we have zero lawyers in our school !
