WORLD DISABILITY DAY
3rd December

This year theme: Unite In Action To Rescue And Achieve The SDGs For, With And By Persons With Disabilities.

The aim of this day is to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.

At St Lucy's we look at children that are abled differently as children who also deserve a high standard of life and education filled with respect and dignity.

Earlier today the office of the second lady Rev. Pastor Dorcas Rigathi lead by chief of staff madam Nancy visited our school were they donated food stuff.
We appreciate the effort and your gesture of your donations.
Also present were our area MP Dr. Shadrack Mweti and his spouse Simaton Mweti,DCC madam Zuhura Mando, Igoji sub county police commander bwana Abdurahman Musa, Fr. Father Rev. Virgilio Kirimi, Our headteacher Rev.Sr.Judith Khavyengesi and all that board members and the Igoji community.
