5.The Valentine School of Catering Certificate is a 1-year course open to everyone. It also specializes in the area of Food & Beverage Production and Service. The Certificate is awarded on passing the internal examinations.
5.Short Cookery and Home Management Courses:
a)Cookery Courses currently run as follows:
*Saturdays: 2 Saturdays a month for 12 months
*Holidays: Everyday for 2 Weeks during April and August Holidays
b)Housekeeping and Cookery Course runs for 3 months, 4 afternoons per week.
Teaching Methodology
Students normally attend both theory and practical lessons due to the technical nature of the courses.
Practical Sessions
Practicals take place in the morning under the supervision of qualified staff. The boarders have their sessions in the training units, while day scholars carry them out at school.
Theory lessons are conducted in the afternoons at the College.
College is fully equipped with modern facilities for all the training courses.
