An agricultural inspector goes to a farm to carry out field tests and inspections.

He calls out in the yard but no one comes so decides to carry on with his inspection. He arrives at the first gate and is about to open it when he hears a shout from the other side of the field.

“YOU CAN’T GO IN THERE!!!!”

He looks over and sees the farmer on an opposite gate so he shouts back indignantly

“I CAN GO ANYWHERE I WANT, I’M HERE TO CARRY OUT AN INSPECTION!”

The farmer shakes his head and shouts

“I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU’RE DOING, YOU CAN’T GO IN THERE!”

The inspector is getting angry now at the dismissal of his authority and takes his lanyard from his jacket and hold it up and shouts

“THIS BADGE SAYS I CAN GO ANYWHERE I WANT ON YOUR FARM. YOU CANNOT STOP THE AUTHORITIES FROM CARRYING OUT INSPECTIONS!”

The farmer shrugs and says no more. Smug at his victory over the lowly farmer the inspector pulls open the gate and strides to the centre to take some samples. As he gets down to his knees he hears the most ear splitting bellow and looks up to see a giant bull racing towards him.

He screams and starts running towards the farmer yelling loudly asking him to help. The farmer jumps onto the gate and shouts

“SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE! SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE!”
