Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?

Range of Motion 🦴

The extent in which we can move our joints in any direction, is dependent on how our bones are shaped and how flexible our tissues are.

During our teacher trainings we explore the range of motion of our fellow students to see for ourselves that every body moves very differently, and why it is therefore so important to offer options for the poses we teach.

Calling all aspiring yin yoga teachers in Africa!! The annual scholarship program is back for the 2025 edition and this year we’re taking it to the beautiful island of Zanzibar. 🏝️

So, if you are passionate, dedicated and interested in following a career in yoga and the only thing holding you back is finances, then please DM us with your email so we can send you some more information on how to apply ❤️

This year we will be opening up some spaces to sponsorship students also, where all funds will go to assist the scholarship students with their expenses during the training. 🫶

During our teacher trainings we allow time for our students to truly understand how every pose feels to them and to others because the same pose will never feel the same for every body.

Teacher Highlight

This course will be presented by not one, but three dedicated yinsters, that between them have decades of experience.
Joe, Clare and Benny are all students of the OG of yin yoga, Paul Grilley. They will share their passion together to give you the best possible foundation to teach this subtle practice, which on the surface might seem easy, but is far from, without the proper understanding of the depth that it imparts.
Join us in June for this one of a kind teacher training. Early bird until the end of January.
